Relief for mom

Nasal Stuffiness
Your increased blood volume and hormonal activity can also lead to a stuffy nose or nosebleeds. Try investing in a humidifier for your home. Try an over the counter saline (saltwater solution) in the form of nose drops. This is preferred to the nasal sprays that contain decongestants. Consult with your health care provider before using a medicated spray.

To stop a nosebleed, lean your head forward and apply even and direct pressure with your fingers in a squeezing fashion across the bridge or upper side of your nose. Most nosebleeds will respond to this first aid measure. If bleeding is difficult to control and continues despite these efforts, consult your health care provider or seek emergency medical care.
