Relief for mom

Did You Know?
  • At the beginning of your pregnancy, your uterus is approximately three inches long, two inches wide and one inch deep.
  • By your ninth month, it will be 12 to 14 inches long, eight to 10 inches wide and eight to nine inches deep.
  • In the first trimester you will start to hear your baby's very fast heartbeat.
  • You may even be able to see it moving on an ultrasound examination.
  • After month four, your baby's development is mainly a matter of growth and refinement, as all of his or her major organs have been formed. For example, a female fetus already has two ovaries and a completely formed uterus.
  • It is possible to be a complete vegetarian even while pregnant. Just make sure that you are getting all the protein and nutrients that you need.
