Trouble reaching orgasm
Sexual intercourse alone doesn’t do it for most women. This should not be confused with a sexual problem – it’s a stimulation deficit. Faking an orgasm is not a good idea. It is only going to confuse your partner who thinks that the activity is beyond pleasing. If you have orgasms when you masturbate, but not with intercourse, then under-stimulation may be the problem. Problems with orgasm may also be due to a variety of physical and emotional problems.

  • Stress
  • Fatigue
  • Drug and alcohol abuse
  • Side effects of medications
  • Relationship problems
