Bladder health refers to the health and well being of your bladder and the many organs, muscles and nerves that work with it to keep you pain-free and in control. Many of us take good bladder health for granted, but it is important that women of all ages be aware of the normal and abnormal functions of the bladder in order to stay healthy.

Many of the most common bladder disorders fall into three main categories: urinary tract infections (UTIs), urinary incontinence (loss of bladder control), and less common but more severe interstitial cystitis (IC), or painful bladder syndrome.
