Dr. Horowitz received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1955. He then earned his medical degree in 1959 from the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. Dr. Horowitz completed his internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center and Hospital in 1960, and his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Hahnemann Medical School and Hospital in 1963.
Specializing in obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Horowitz is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He joined S.H.E. Medical Associates in 1965.
Dr. Horowitz speaks fluent English and German.
