Dr. Ness attended Rutgers University - Cook College, where he received his undergraduate degree in 1976. He then earned his medical degree from U.M.D.N.J.: Rutgers Medical School in 1985. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at St. Francis Hospital & Medical Center. Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Ness joined the practice of Woodland Women's Health Associates in 1989.
