Dr. Torbey attended the University of Kansas where she received her undergraduate degree in 1980. She then earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical School in 1985. She completed her residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1989.
Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Torbey joined Women's Health Care of Trumbull in 1996.
