Driving Directions From the North:

• Take I91 South to Exit 47E. This places you directly on Hazard Ave. Follow Hazard Ave through 5-6 lights. The shopping centers will diminish and undeveloped land comes up. Just past that you will see a large medical building on the right. This will be The Johnson Ambulatory Surgical Center. Take a right into the driveway. S.H.E. Medical is located in the two story building behind the surgery center. We are in suite 200 on the second floor.

• Take I91 South to I84 West, to Exit 46. At the end of the exit, take a right onto Sisson Ave. Go to the end of Sisson Ave and take a right onto Farmington Ave. Take your first right onto Dennison St (this is a one way street). The parking lot is the second one on the left just beyond the building, or across the street in the fenced in area. S.H.E. Medical is the brick building on the corner of Farmington and Dennison. Follow the ramp from the parking lot to the entrance.

• Take I91 North to 84 West, to Exit 46. Follow the above directions.

• Take 84 West to Exit 46. Follow the above directions.

Driving Directions From I-84 West:

• Exit 39 (RT. 4) Go straigh through the light. Follow RT. 4 (2-3 miles). Take a right on to Brickyard road. At the Wood N Tap resturant follow Brickyard road (which turns into West Avon Road). At traffic light take a right on to Dale road. Take your immediate right. Once in the parking lot we are located in the 1st brick building on the right.

Driving Directions From Route 44 West:

• Go Past Avon Market Place. At light prior to the intersection (Staples, McDonalds, and gas station are on the corner) of RT.44 and 167 take a left on to Dale road. Take your 4th left. Once in our parking lot we are located in the 1st brick building on the right.

Take a right at the end of the exit, and take a left at the light onto Buckland St. Follow Buckland St for about 2 miles, to the intersection of Deming St. Take a left at that light, then take the second driveway on the right. • Take 84 East to Exit 62(Buckland St). Go to the end of the exit and take a left onto Buckland St. Follow Buckland St approximately 2 miles to the intersection of Deming St. Take a left at that light. Take the second driveway on the right into the complex, and S.H.E. Medical will be in the building on your right.(S.H.E. Medical is a one story building)

Driving Directions From the North:

• Take 91 South to Exit 35A(to Manchester, RT 291). Exit at Tolland Turnpike (same exit as for the mall). At the end of the exit ramp, take a left at the light. Follow Tolland Turnpike to Buckland St, take left onto Buckland and go approximately 2 miles to the intersection of Deming St. Take a left onto Deming at the light, and take the second driveway on your right into the complex. S.H.E. Medical will be in the building on your right.(S.H.E. Medical is a one story building)

• CT-2 East. Towards Norwich/New London.

  Take a slight right off the exit onto Hebron Rd/CT-66
