Dr. Mortman received his undergraduate degree from Albany Medical College in 1981. He earned his medical degree from Sackler School of Medicine in 1985, then completed his residency at the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1987.
Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Mortman joined Sharon OB/GYN Associates in 1991.
