Dr. Regan received her bachelor's degree from Rutgers University in 1987. She earned her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1991, then completed her residency training in urology at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee in 1996. She is board-certified by the American Board of Urology.
In her free time, Dr. Regan enjoys running, reading, camping and gardening.
