From Route 2 East (towards Norwich):
Take Route 2 to Exit 8, Hebron Ave.
Go straight through the light at the end of the ramp.
Take the 1st left (this will be Sycamore Commons).
Follow the driveway to the St. Francis Care building.
The building will be on your right.
We are located in Suite 202.
From Route 2 West (towards Hartford):
Take Route 2 West to exit 8, Hebron Ave.
At the end of the ramp take a right.
Take a left at the 1st light, (almost immediately) onto Hebron Ave.
At the 2nd light take a left.
Then take the 1st left (this will be Sycamore Commons).
Follow the driveway to the St. Francis Care building.
The building will be on your right.
