Dr. Besser attended Syracuse University, where he received his undergraduate degree in 1976, and completed post graduate studies at M.I.T. He then earned his medical degree from Downstate University in 1982. He completed his residency at Stamford Hospital in 1986.
Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Besser joined Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates in 1987.
Dr. Besser is fluent in English and Spanish.
