Manchester OB-GYN would like to welcome their newest addition. Dr. Arky joined the practice in August 2002. He completed his BS at Rutgers University and earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, where he also completed his obstetric and gynecologic residency training. Dr. Arky became certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in December 2004.
