Dr. Guinan attended Duquesne University, where he received his undergraduate degree in 1977. He earned his medical degree from Autonomous University of Guadalajara in 1983, then completed a four-year obstetric and gynecological residency at Hartford Hospital.
Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Dr. Guinan joined the practice of Manchester Ob-Gyn Associates in 1989.
Dr. Guinan is fluent in both English and Spanish.
