Dr. Satvat attended Tehran University Medical School where he received his medical degree in 1968. After his internship at Long Island College Hospital he completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training and fellowship at St. Luke's Women's Hospital. Dr. Satvat is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He joined the Hartford Obstetrical and Gynecological Group in 1978.
