Dr. Quinlan attended the College of Holy Cross, where she received her undergraduate degree in 1983. She earned her medical degree from New York Medical College in 1987, then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Hartford Hospital in 1991. Dr. Quinlan is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She joined Hartford Obstetrical and Gynecological Group in 1991.
