Dr. Hartnett is a graduate of the University of Connecticut Medical School. She completedher residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center. Dr. Hartnett's undergraduate education was at the University of Connecticut and Columbia University. Dr. Hartnett joined Hartford Obstetrics and Gynecology Group in 2006.
