Dr. Graham attended the University of Scranton, where he received both his undergraduate and master's degree in biology. He earned his medical degree in 1983 from Temple University School of Medicine, then completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Hartford Hospital in 1987.
Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Graham joined Hartford Obstetrical and Gynecological Group in 1987.
