Dr. Fagan attended Georgetown University, where she received her undergraduate degree in 1989. She received her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 1993, then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Hartford Hospital.Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Fagan joined the Hartford Obstetrical and Gynecological Group in 1997.
