Erin K. Pickett, M.D. joined the staff of Gynecology and Obstetrics in August 2002. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts Degree, with honors in Psychology, from Wellesley College in 1996.
She earned her Medical Degree, graduating in 1998 from Tufts University School of Medicine. She recently completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Connecticut Health Center.
Dr. Pickett held a position in the Family Planning Clinic in New Britain General Hospital from 1999 through 2001.
Dr. Pickett has written research papers on the subject of Alzheimer's and AIDS.
Dr. Pickett, a former member of the Wellesley College NCAA Cross Country Team, Track and Softball Clubs, enjoys many sporting activities. A USFSA and ISIA Figure Skater from 1980 - 1994, she enjoys water skiing and was a volunteer at the 1993 and 1994 Boston Marathon.
She has also coached Figure Skating in Tacoma, WA and at Boston Skating Club where she coached specially challenged children.
