Dr. Hoffman attended New York University, where she received her undergraduate degree in 1976. She earned her medical degree from the University of Connecticut in 1987, then completed her four-year obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Hartford Hospital.
Dr. Hoffman is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology.
