Dr. Kuiper graduated from Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in biochemistry in 1992. He then received his medical degree from the University Of Connecticut School Of Medicine in 1996. In 2000 he completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology where he received awards for outstanding laparoscopy skills.
He joined Hartford Hospital faculty from 2000 through 2002. He was the recipient of several excellence in teaching awards.
Now as a member of Farmington OB/GYN ,since 2002, he practices a complete spectrum of women’s health care, from family centered obstetrics to minimally invasive advanced laparoscopy and vaginal surgery.
He now offers office based endometrial ablation and tubal sterilization.
Dr. Kuiper is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been Board Certified since 2002.
