Dr. Tejeda received her undergraduate degree in 1981 from Boston University. She earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine in 1985, then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at the Harlem Hospital Medical Center.
Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Tejeda joined The Center for Women's Health in 1990.
Dr. Tejeda is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
