Dr. McNulty received her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College in 1976. She earned her medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in 1980, then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency training at the Medical College of Virginia.
Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. McNulty is a Connecticut native, the first female Ob/Gyn in Waterbury, and the first woman to chair Waterbury Hospital's Ob/Gyn department. Dr. McNulty joined The Center for Women's Health in Connecticut in 1984.
