Dr. Henriquez attended Merrimack College, where he received his undergraduate degree. He earned his medical degree from UNPHU - Santo Domingo and completed his internship in Anatomical Pathology at the Montefiore Medical Center. He completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency training at Danbury Hospital.
A Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Henriquez is also certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Other professional affiliations include the Fairfield County Medical Association, American Medical Association, Fairfield County Obstetrics and Gynecology Society and the Greater Hartford Obstetrics and Gynecology Society.
Dr. Henriquez has been practicing with Candlewood Center for Women's Health since 1987.
